Who we are and this agreement

Lookcraft is an AI stylist and fitting room for iPhone, run by [company or full legal name], [postal address] (“we” or “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us for using the app. By using Lookcraft, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Lookcraft

You must be 18 or older, and you confirm that when you add a photo. You need an Apple account to sign in, and you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Use Lookcraft only for yourself, not on behalf of a business.

Your photos and briefs

• Only add photos of yourself. Don’t add photos of other people, even with their permission, and never photos of anyone under 18.
• Don’t add or ask for nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal or that you don’t have the right to use.
• You keep the rights to your photos and briefs. You let us process them, and send them to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to style your looks and make your try-ons.

We may refuse a request that seems to break these rules. We don’t make try-ons of underwear or swimwear.

AI looks and try-ons

Looks and try-ons are made by AI. A try-on is an illustration: it can get the fit, colour, size or details of a piece wrong, and it can change how you look. The stylist’s suggestions are ideas, not professional advice. Check sizes, materials and fit with the shop before you buy.

You can keep and share your try-ons for personal use. Don’t present them as real photos, or use them to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone. Try-ons are labelled as AI-generated, and Google adds an invisible SynthID watermark. Please don’t remove either.

Shops, products and prices

Lookcraft finds products from other shops through Google Shopping. We don’t sell these products, and we’re not part of your purchase. When you tap Buy, the shop’s own terms, prices, delivery and returns apply, and any questions about an order go to the shop.

Prices, sizes and availability come from the shops and Google, and can be out of date or wrong. The price in the shop is the one that counts. In the future, some links may earn us a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you.

Try-ons and payments

• Packs: you can buy packs of try-ons in the app. Apple takes the payment, under Apple’s terms. New accounts get a few try-ons free.
• Using them: each try-on uses one. If a try-on fails, it’s refunded to your balance automatically. If a finished try-on comes out wrong, you can redo it once for free.
• What they are: try-ons don’t expire, but they have no cash value and can’t be transferred, exchanged or sold. Unused try-ons are lost when you delete your account.
• Refunds: ask Apple for a refund of a purchase atreportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a pack, we remove the try-ons it gave you.

Try-ons are delivered as soon as you buy them. If you’re in the EU or UK, you agree to that, and you understand that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel. This doesn’t affect refunds you can get from Apple or your other legal rights.

Fair use

Don’t:

• Copy, scrape or resell Lookcraft, its looks or its results.
• Get around daily limits, the safety checks or the try-on balance.
• Reverse-engineer the app, or overload or attack our servers.
• Use Lookcraft to break the law or anyone’s rights.

To keep the service working for everyone, we limit how many briefs and try-ons an account can run each day.

Suspending or closing an account

You can delete your account at any time in the Me tab. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. If we close an account without a good reason, or stop offering Lookcraft, we’ll refund unused try-ons you paid for.

Our responsibilities

We work to keep Lookcraft running and its results useful, but the app is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable at times, AI results may be wrong, and features may change.

We’re not responsible for products, shops, prices or orders, or for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep all the rights your local law gives you.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we’re responsible for Lookcraft, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app. If Lookcraft fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for it.

We, not Apple, handle any claims about Lookcraft, including product liability, legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, and claims that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property. You confirm that you’re not in a country subject to a US embargo, and not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using Lookcraft after that means you accept the new terms. If you don’t, you can delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [country]. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first, and we’ll try to sort it out.
